(November 7, 2004) On Tuesday, Nov. 17, Peru will play Chile in a qualifier for World Cup Germany 2006. The game is in Lima and everyone in Peru is expecting Peru's coach Autori to lead the team to a victory.

Peru has 10 points while Chile has 13.

Tickets for the game are on sale Nov. 9.

Chile's coach Juvenal Olmos completed the list of player that will play again Peru and they will fly to Peru two days before the game.

Security at the National Stadium is going to be tight and strict. Playing against old-time rival Chile is exciting for Peruvian fans and sometimes they get out of control.  Peru needs to win, especially because the game is at home and fans don't want to settle for a lose.

Nov 12 update - Peru won the game (2-1).

Next up for Peru is a home match with Brazil in March, 2005.
